Black Bear Healing Home and Children’s Resources on Wheels (CROW) have created a new partnership!
CROW is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening child care, family life, child development, and community links in Lanark County. One of the services they provide are playgroups throughout Lanark County for children and their caregivers. This includes free weekly playgroups in Carleton Place.
Lisa attends the Thursday morning playgroup at the Carleton Place arena from 9:30 to 11:30 in order to provide ASL instruction to children and their caregivers. This includes playing and signing with children at the different play centers and being available to answer caregivers’ questions about signing at home. Lisa also offers ASL interpretation for the musical circle time at the end of playgroup.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! Lisa can be reached by email at Lisa@BlackBearHealingHome.com or by phone and text at 613-558-3199.
